Exploring Polyamory.

PolyCurious Support Group.

Maybe you’ve tried Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) and encountered personal, emotional, and relational challenges through this practice. Maybe you’re figuring out if alternative relationship structures - polyamory, ENM, open-relationships - are a resonant fit for your life and identity. Maybe you’re wondering how your attachment history is impacting your experience of ENM. Maybe you feel very aligned with ENM intellectually, but notice anxiety, confusion, fear, and emotional distress arise as you consider what ENM would look like for you.

PolyCurious is a support group that provides valuable information around engaging in ENM while embracing your unique lived experience. This group is designed for folks who want support, skills, and insight into navigating the natural, and sometimes painful, emotional responses that can emerge from nonmonogamy.

Group meetings offer a framework for increasing attachment-related security in your relationships. Groups incorporate mindfulness skills as a means to build awareness of your in-the-moment emotional responses. PolyCurious provides a space to ask questions and receive affirmation in a small, supportive (virtual) community setting.
PolyCurious is facilitated by myself and my colleague Emily Palmgren, MFTA.
